2019 (NO) iF award = Unlucky ?

A few days ago, German IF award released this year winners list !

Linkedin, FB, IG, ... are currently busy with Posts from the lucky ones. #IFAWARD ! Mitac, this year did not get awarded. Bummer !

We can't say we are happy about it ! But what do we learn about it ?

Passed the negatives emotions, it's time to reflect, and to understand more about it. But most important is to focus on our long term team vision towards user experience and design expertise Confident and Positive, we can be :

In 2018 Mitac has shipped 1 Million Dashcams units across the world.

Hey ! this is something. We surely can be proud about it. Maybe we don't have IF awards this year, but our products are sold worldwide.

What if all IF awards unlucky ones would have a chance to understand more why they did not win, and what they should have done differently, and what they should consider to do differently.What if the lucky winners would share a tiny little bit of their knowledge with those who need it the most ? Aren't we designer looking in the same direction, with a strong passion for design, a real empathy for users, and the ultimate goal to do what we thing is right ?
